Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LifeTips Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), a digital marketing technology platform operating at lifetips.pro. By accessing or using our internal Google Ads management tools and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Service Description

LifeTips Pro provides an internal platform for Google Ads campaign management, including but not limited to:

• Campaign creation, editing, and management through integration with the Google Ads API
• Performance analytics and reporting dashboards
• Budget optimization and pacing tools
• Automated reporting and alerting systems

The Service is designed for internal use by authorized team members and is not a public-facing consumer product.

Account Requirements

1. Authorization: Access to the Service requires authorization from a LifeTips Pro administrator. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when setting up and maintaining your account.
4. Google Ads Account Access: Use of the Service requires valid Google Ads account credentials. You represent that you have the authority to grant our platform access to the Google Ads accounts connected through the Service.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for its intended purpose of Google Ads campaign management and analytics
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Comply with Google Ads policies and the Google Ads API Terms of Service
• Not attempt to circumvent any access controls, security measures, or usage limits
• Not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising practices
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

Google Ads API Terms Compliance

Our platform accesses Google Ads data through the official Google Ads API. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of features powered by the Google Ads API is subject to the Google Ads API Terms of Service.
• Data obtained through the Google Ads API is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• LifeTips Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
• Changes to Google's API, policies, or terms may affect the availability or functionality of certain features within the Service.

Intellectual Property

1. Platform Ownership: The Service, including its design, architecture, codebase, algorithms, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by LifeTips Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended internal purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part of it without our prior written consent.
4. Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of data obtained through the Google Ads API or any other third-party service

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LifeTips Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages arising from actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the Service

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifeTips Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

Severability
